Mangaluru : The Dasara Shobhayatre Samiti, Mangaladevi Temple, on Thursday urged the district administration to permit token performance of Pili Vesha or Huli Vesha during the Navaratri chariot festivals of Mangaladevi and Mariyamma temples.
