Mangaluru : A 15-year-old girl died after falling from the 12th floor of a high-rise apartment complex in Kuthar, under the Ullal police station limits late night on Thursday June 12
The deceased has been identified as Hiba (15), daughter of Dr Mamthaz Ahmad, a medical professional residing in an apartment complex, which has a total of 18 floors. The family lived on the 12th floor of the building.
According to initial reports, Hiba suddenly fell from the upper floor late at night, leading to her untimely death. The cause of the fall remains unknown.
Hiba was a class 10 student at a Yenepoya school. Ullal police have taken up the investigation and are looking into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
