Belthangady : In a swift development following accused Chinnaiah’s writ petition in the High Court regarding the Dharmasthala case, a team led by Girish Mattannavar and Jayanth T. visited the Special Investigation Team (SIT) office in Belthangady on Saturday, June 13, to lodge a formal complaint. In their petition submitted to the investigators, the team urged the authorities to provide police protection to Chinnaiah and subject him to brain mapping. Furthermore, they pointed out that Chinnaiah had violated his bail conditions, which strictly prohibited him from sharing statements made to the High Court with the media or on social media platforms. Consequently, they demanded that the SIT legal team immediately file an application seeking the cancellation of his bail.
Speaking to the media after filing the complaint, Girish Mattannavar challenged the authorities by stating that he is ready to undergo brain mapping himself during a live broadcast. A large delegation accompanied the leaders to the Belthangady SIT office, which included National Hindu Jagarana Vedike President Anil Antara, Prakash C. from Bengaluru, Manoj Kunjarpa, Pradeep Kulal, Ganesh Shetty, Udaya Ujire, Srinivas, and several others.
