Mangaluru: On the occasion of the 60th death anniversary of the late Ullal Srinivas Mallya, a floral tribute was paid to his statue at the Padil Junction in Mangaluru on December 19, 2025. The event was organized in collaboration with the World Konkani Centre, Shaktinagar, and Nitte University.
A Legacy of Development: Ullal Srinivas Mallya is revered as the visionary who laid the foundation for the overall progress of Dakshina Kannada district decades ago. During the ceremony, dignitaries recalled his monumental contributions in bringing key infrastructure projects to reality, including:
