Udupi : Smt. Vijayalaxmi Rao (75), a resident of Neere Bailoor village in Udupi district and former member of the Bailoor Grama Panchayat, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025, after a brief illness.
She was the wife of the late M. Laxman Rao, Divisional Manager, Syndicate Bank. She is survived by her daughter Vidya S. Rao, son Vinayak Rao, son-in-law Sumith S. Rao, and grandchildren Vignesh and Gauthami. Last rites were held at Bailoor on Monday.
