Mangaluru : On occasion of Vigilance Awareness Campaign 2025 Today (15.10.2025), Bank of Baroda, Zonal Office, Mangalore has conducted Nukkad Natak (Street Play) at Alpe Padil and Neermarg, Mangalore under the guidance of Shri Rajesh Khanna, General Manager & Zonal Head, Mangalore.
Mr. Manish Jaiswal, Zonal Vigilance Head urged all the participants and the gathering to act as vigilance ambassador in their community. He also added that this initiative of our bank should successfully spread the message that honesty and integrity must be our way of life. This year the theme of Vigilance Awareness Campaign 2025 – “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility”.
In Alpe Padil Branch, Mr. Puneeth, Senior Branch Manager has introduced the characters of the play and addressed the gathering. He raises public awareness about integrity, transparency and fight against corruption. He also emphasized the main motto of the Natak is to spread the awareness among the farmers, who are unaware about the hassle-free banking services, they need not to be the part of the corruption by giving the bribes or any type of favors to the middleman or any banking staff.
In Neermarg Branch, Mrs. Nagalakshmi, Senior Branch Manager has shared her thoughts regarding vigilance awareness and the importance of collective responsibility in building a corruption free society. She guided the farmers of the nearby villages who gathered for the Nukkad Natak regarding the Baroda Kisan Credit Card (BKCC) and other Banking facilities available to the farmers.
This Nukkad Natak is performed by the Self-Help Group Members of our Alpe Padil Branch.
