Kota : A tragic incident has come to light in Moodahadu village of Sastana, where a 38-year-old photographer reportedly died by suicide on Sunday morning. The deceased has been identified as Ganesh Mendan, a resident of Pandeshwara in Sastana. According to reports, Ganesh, who was a professional photographer by trade, had returned home late Saturday night around 11:00 PM after completing a shoot at Kome Beach. The tragedy was discovered on Sunday morning when he was found hanging from a ceiling fan in his residence.
Ganesh Mendan was well-known in the community not only for his exceptional photography skills but also as a talented cricket player. While the exact motives remain under investigation, it is suspected that extreme dejection in life led him to take this drastic step. He is survived by his parents, wife, and two sons. Following a complaint filed by his wife, Akshata, the Kota Police Station has registered a case under UDR No: 15/2026, Section 194 of the BNSS, and is further investigating the matter.
