Mangaluru: Bharatiya Janata Party Mangaluru City Dakshina Mandal Mahila Morcha tied Raksha Bandhan to the retired soldiers of the Indian Army and wished them well.
The Mahila Morcha offered thanks to the retired soldiers by offering them Sindoor Tilak and offering a response to the pain of the mothers who lost their Sindoor in the Pahalgam terrorist attack through Operation Sindoor.
