Mumbai : Renowned educationist and social worker Sridhar S. Suvarna has been conferred with the Bharat Ratna Iconic Award 2025 by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India. The award, presented on September 22, 2025, recognizes Suvarna’s outstanding contributions in the field of education and social welfare.
Continuing a month of accolades, Bharat Good Times also honoured Sridhar Suvarna during the City Excellence Awards 2025, held on October 5, 2025, for his divine and progressive work as a tutor, education coach, and social worker. Additionally, he received the Excellence Award in Education & Research from EDUBRIDGE INDIA in September this year.
With a remarkable career spanning 28 years, Sridhar Suvarna has been instrumental in transforming the academic lives of countless students. Specializing in Mathematics, Accountancy, and Economics, he teaches students of Class X, XII, and higher graduation levels through his personalized coaching model, taking only a limited number of students per batch to ensure guaranteed results.
Notably, Suvarna provides free education to underprivileged students, believing firmly that “Every child has the right to gain education.”
Beyond academics, Suvarna Ex Editor of Thiya Belaku is also an active member of the Thiya Samaj and regularly serves as a guest lecturer in leading Mumbai colleges such as Tolani College, R. D. National College (R. D. & S. H. National College of Arts & Science, popularly known as Ritumbra College), and KC College.
His community outreach extends to schools in Kerala and Karnataka, where he conducts motivational sessions for students in 9th and 10th grades. These include Kanila English Medium School in Manjeshwar and Sonkoleke School near Kolya, Ullal, Mangalore.
