Mangaluru : A fine of Rs 2,500 was imposed for breaching traffic norms for four youths were travelling on a single scooter in Mangaluru city.
The sub-inspector of the Mangaluru city traffic east police station intercepted the vehicle on July 8.
The youths were questioned and educated about the risks and consequences of such violations.
The police have urged the public to adhere to traffic rules to ensure road safety for all.
