Mangaluru : On the occasion of International Yoga Day SCS Hospital organized a yoga session on 21-06-2025 aimed at promoting the benefits of yoga among the younger generation and encouraging a healthy lifestyle. The event was held in the hospital premises and witnessed enthusiastic participation from staff and students.
The session was led by certified yoga instructor Yogarathna Shri Gopalakrishna Delampady who has successfully conducted free yoga training camps to improve the health of more than Three and half lakh people in and around Mangalore since 47 years.
The training included a series of foundational asanas, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices designed to introduce participants to the holistic benefits of yoga. The initiative reflects SCS Hospital’s commitment to preventive healthcare and its ongoing efforts to foster wellness through natural and traditional practices.
