Mangaluru : A delegation from the Karnataka Legislative Assembly, led by Honourable Speaker Shri U.T. Khader, along with Mr. Manjunath Bhandary, Mr. P.M. Ashok Pattan, Mr. Dinesh Gooli Gowda, Mr. Srinivas Mane, Mr. Gururaj Ganttehole, Mr. Suresh Babu, Mr. Ashok Rai, and Mr. Gurme Suresh Shetty, visited Stanford University in California, USA.
As part of their visit, the delegation toured the Biodesign Lab, headed by Dr. Anurag Mairal, Adjunct Professor at the Stanford School of Medicine and Director of Global Outreach at the Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign. Dr. Mairal also plays a key leadership role at the Center for Innovation in Global Health. The visit was an eye-opening experience for the legislators, providing valuable insights into pioneering research and advancements in healthcare and medical technology.
This impactful visit was coordinated by Mr. Manjunath Bhandary, with the support of Mr. JP, a prominent entrepreneur and businessman.
