Mangaluru : The students of Yenepoya World School gathered at Fiza by Nexus Mall, Mangalore on 16th November to raise awareness on the occasion of ‘World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims.’
Through thought-provoking acts and performances, the students captured the attention of every passerby, drawing a crowd that cheered and appreciated their heartfelt effort for the cause.
ASI Santhosh Padil, Mangalore Traffic, recipient of the Chief Ministers Award, marked his presence for the event and delivered a talk on the do’s and don’ts on traffic rules, highlighting the importance of driving safely. His presence added immense meaning to the cause that the students aimed to raise.
Anthony Joseph, Principal of Yenepoya World School expressed his thoughts by saying, “It was truly a delight to witness the gathering—parents, families, and onlookers alike—coming together to support the young performers of Yenepoya World School and the important message they carried”.
The event not only honored the victims but also reminded the community of the need for safer roads and responsible driving.
