New Delhi : A major political demonstration organized by the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) at New Delhi’s historic Jantar Mantar concluded on Saturday evening. Breaking his silence immediately after the event, CJP founder Abhiieet Dipke shared his emotional first response, revealing that he is rushing back home to reunite with his parents, who were recently forced to flee their residence due to persistent safety threats.
Taking to the social media platform X, Dipke expressed the emotional toll the past few weeks have taken on his family, noting that it has been over a year since he last saw his mother and father. He stated that his parents had gone through immense hardship over the last fifteen days because of intimidation tactics, forcing them out of their home, and added that he is now on his way to safely escort them back.
Reflecting on the massive turnout at the capital, the CJP leader sent out a heartfelt thank you to the thousands of supporters who gathered to show solidarity. Describing the day’s event as merely a ‘trailer’ for things to come, he shared a video showing the sweeping crowds at Jantar Mantar around 4:00 PM on Saturday, shouting slogans against the BJP-led central government.
The shared footage highlighted a massive gathering of demonstrators waving the Indian tricolor and holding up portraits of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar to signal their protest. Reaffirming his party’s defiant stance against intimidation and political pressure, Dipke captioned the video with a bold message stating that a ‘Cockroach’ will never bow down.
