Sarvotham Shetty Appointed President of Tuluva Mahasabha International

Mangaluru : Renowned entrepreneur and veteran social worker from the United Arab Emirates, Sarvotham Shetty, has been selected as the president of Tuluva Mahasabha International, the global wing of the Tuluva Mahasabha organization. Originally hailing from Paarika village in the Udupi district, Shetty has dedicated the past 48 years to promoting and expanding Kannada and Tulu language, art, and heritage across the UAE.

According to an official release by Tuluva Mahasabha International, the organization aims to unite the global Tuluva community under his leadership with a grand vision to revive the glory of the Tuluva civilization. A primary focus will be the spectacular centennial celebrations planned for 2028, which will be observed across India and various nations worldwide. To ensure that the language, rich culture, heritage, history, and traditional knowledge are effectively passed down to the next generation, the organization will be launching a series of extensive educational, cultural, research-driven, and social initiatives globally.
