Washington : The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has added 30-year-old Indian national Amritpal Singh to its ‘Most Wanted’ list in connection with a major international drug trafficking case. According to details released by the law enforcement agency, Singh is alleged to have close ties with the Vancouver-based ‘Ravinder Dhanda Organized Crime Group,’ a transnational syndicate involved in smuggling large quantities of illicit narcotics, including cocaine and methamphetamine, across North America. He faces severe charges including conspiracy to distribute, possess, and export controlled substances.
Following the charges, a federal arrest warrant was issued against him by the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles in June 2026. The action comes as part of ‘Operation Hardball,’ a broad crackdown by U.S. law enforcement agencies aimed at dismantling international drug cartels and organized crime syndicates operating across borders. Amritpal Singh is currently absconding, and the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office is leading the search, urging members of the public to report any information regarding his whereabouts.
