Mangaluru : A devastating fire triggered by an LPG gas leakage completely destroyed a house in Ganeshanagara, located within the Badagulipadi village of Ganjimath. The unfortunate mishap left the homeowner, 68-year-old Lingappa Gowda, with 60% burn injuries. Following the incident, he was rushed to a private hospital in Mangaluru for advanced medical treatment.
Upon receiving information about the tragic event, Mangaluru City North MLA Dr. Y. Bharath Shetty promptly visited the hospital to check on the well-being of the injured senior citizen. He consulted with the attending doctors to obtain a comprehensive briefing regarding the patient’s current health status and the intensity of the burns.
During his visit, Dr. Y. Bharath Shetty assured the family of providing all necessary financial and administrative assistance required for Lingappa Gowda’s ongoing medical care. Offering solace and strength to the anxious family members, the legislator promised to ensure that there would be no shortcomings or compromises in delivering the best possible treatment.
