Mangaluru: Mohammed Shameel, a 21-year-old student and the son of Saleem K.M. from Kasaragod, has been reported missing. A case has been officially registered at the Konaje Police Station regarding his disappearance.
According to a complaint filed by Abdul Shareef (58), the Principal of a private college in Ullal, on April 18, 2018, Shameel was a student at the institution. He was last sighted on April 17, 2018, at approximately 11:34 AM, near the college premises.
Shameel was seen near the parking area but did not enter the college building, nor did he return to his residence afterwards. His whereabouts remain unknown to date. Consequently, a missing person case (Case No. 83/2018) has been registered under the relevant sections at the Konaje Police Station, and investigations are ongoing.
Mohammed Shameel is described as being 21 years old, with a wheatish complexion, an ordinary build, and an oval face. He stands approximately 168 cm (5 feet 6 inches) tall and has a small beard, mustache, and long hair. He is known to speak Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
