Mangaluru Assistant Commissioner Meenakshi Arya Transferred in Major IAS Reshuffle by Karnataka Government

Mabgaluru : In a significant administrative reshuffle, the Government of Karnataka has issued an official notification ordering the immediate transfer of Ms. Meenakshi Arya, IAS (KN:2023), who was serving as the Assistant Commissioner of Mangaluru Sub-Division in Dakshina Kannada District. She has been posted until further orders as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zilla Panchayat, Chikkamagaluru, replacing Smt. Keerthana H.S., IAS, who has been transferred. The notification explicitly notes that due to the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise, her transfer will be subject to the approval of the Election Commission of India.

As part of the same administrative order issued by Under Secretary T. Mahanthesh, Smt. Keerthana H.S., IAS (KN:2020), Chief Executive Officer of Zilla Panchayat, Chikkamagaluru, has been transferred with immediate effect and posted as the Managing Director of North Western Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (NWKRTC), Hubballi, succeeding Smt. Priyanga M., IAS. Furthermore, Sri Nakul S.S., IAS (KN:2010), Secretary to the Hon’ble Chief Minister, has been placed in concurrent charge of the post of Secretary to Government, Department of Global Investment and Non-Resident Indian Affairs, Bengaluru, in a newly created post.
