Dharmasthala : The “Shri Sannidhi” Queue Complex at the sacred Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala has completed one successful year of service. Conceptualized by Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade to enhance devotee convenience, the state-of-the-art complex was inaugurated on January 7, 2025, by the former Vice President of India, Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar. To mark the first anniversary, Dr. Heggade visited the complex and offered his best wishes by lighting a traditional lamp.
Spread across a massive 275,177 square feet, the three-story building features 16 spacious halls capable of accommodating 10,000 to 12,000 devotees simultaneously. The facility is equipped with “Fresh Air” technology, large climate-control fans, well-maintained restrooms, baby care rooms, and a cafeteria. For crowd management, it utilizes Bosch’s advanced Queue Management System and AI-powered cameras to accurately monitor devotee movement and ensure a seamless darshan experience.
The complex is also a model for sustainability, featuring a 650 kW solar power system and a Building Management System (BMS) to prevent the wastage of electricity and water. During the anniversary celebrations, CEO of Kshemavana Naturecare Smt. Shraddha Amit, along with Secretary A.V. Shetty and other dignitaries, were present to witness this milestone of one of the country’s most technologically advanced pilgrimage facilities.
