Mangaluru: In a heart-wrenching incident, Shammaz, a student of St. Aloysius College who was critically injured after a balcony boundary wall collapsed at Rama Laxmi Narayana Convention Hall in Emmekere, has succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
Following the accident, the severely injured student was immediately rushed to a local hospital for emergency medical care. Despite the best efforts and continuous care provided by the medical team, he unfortunately breathed his last as he failed to respond to the treatment.
In the wake of this painful event, leaders of the Young Democrats visited the grieving family of the deceased student to offer their heartfelt condolences. They also made a visit to Highland Hospital to check on the wellbeing of other injured students currently undergoing treatment and promised them support.
