Tehran : According to Israel’s Channel 14, a woman in her 40s was among those people killed in the strike in the country’s southern area.
Also killed was a man in his 40s and a young man in his 20s, the report said.
In addition, emergency workers evacuated two people in their 50s, who sustained “moderate” injuries, while six others, who sustained light injuries, were treated on site.Israel’s Channel 14 is reporting that the number of people killed from the Iranian strike on Beersheba has risen to four.
The broadcaster cited a fire and rescue official.
Linoy Reshef, spokesperson of the fire and rescue agency’s southern district, also told Channel 14’s Ariel Idan that additional people remain trapped in one of the buildings hit by the Iranian strike shortly before a ceasefire between Iran and Israel took effect.
At least eight other people were reported injured, and two of them were taken to a hospital for treatment. We’ve seen this happen in the past, in ceasefires with Israel, where parties would go on until the very last breath.
This was quite unusual, what we’ve seen in the past hours. Six different missile launches from Iran on various areas in Israel.
The most devastating in Bir as-Sab’, or Beersheba, where six people are feared dead and perhaps more trapped under the rubble in the building that was really devastated by a direct impact, a direct hit from a missile launched by Iran.
This is still developing in terms of what the final tally is from these different launches. What was impacted in addition to this building? This is certainly the most extended period of missile launches that we’ve seen.
