Ujire: Opportunities in the fields of business and entrepreneurship are equally available to everyone, but the most crucial aspect is developing the ability to identify and utilize them effectively, stated Veeru Shetty, Secretary of Sri Kshethra Dharmasthala Dharmothana Trust.
He was speaking as the chief guest during the valedictory ceremony of the 30-day Electrical Motor Rewinding training program organized by the RUDSET Institute at Siddhavana in Ujire, where he also distributed certificates to the trainees. Guided by the vision and blessings of Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade, RUDSET Institute has been consistently successful in fostering a spirit of self-reliance among rural youth. He further emphasized that facing challenges is an integral part of running a business, and everyone must acquire the necessary skills to manage them efficiently.
Presiding over the function, B.P. Vijaya Kumar, Executive Director of RUDSET Institutes Central Office, Ujire, remarked that the training programs at RUDSET are not just confined to skill development. Instead, they play a transformative role in enhancing personality development, building self-confidence, and nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset. He encouraged the participants to apply the knowledge and expertise gained during the camp to steer their lives toward a successful future.
Earlier, the Director of the institute, Ajeya, extended a warm welcome to the gathering. The event commenced with a prayer rendered by Kumari Shravani and Kumari Jalajakshi. Senior Lecturer Abraham James compered the program smoothly, while Senior Lecturer K. Karunakara Jain delivered the vote of thanks.
During the session, trainees Udaya and Nitish shared their personal experiences, expressing that the training at RUDSET Institute had instilled a new sense of confidence in them, serving as a powerful inspiration to move forward in employment and self-employment ventures.
