Viksit Bharat Sankalpa Samavesha Held in Mangaluru; BJP State In-Charge Dr. Radha Mohan Das Agrawal Honors Achievers

Mangaluru : The Dakshina Kannada District Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organized the “Viksit Bharat Sankalpa Samavesha” at Palemar Gardens in Morgans Gate, Mangaluru. The mega convention witnessed the participation of BJP National General Secretary and Karnataka State In-Charge, Dr. Radha Mohan Das Agrawal, who graced the event as the chief guest.

During the convention, Dr. Radha Mohan Das Agrawal felicitated several achievers from diverse fields for their outstanding contributions to society. The honorees included defense veterans, senior party loyalists who continue to serve the society and the party post-retirement, cemetery workers, civic workers (pourakarmikas), sports personalities, fishermen, and innovative achievers from the agricultural and terrace farming sectors.

The event was attended by a galaxy of prominent BJP leaders, including Dakshina Kannada District BJP President Satish Kumpala, Member of Parliament Captain Brijesh Chowta, and former minister J. Krishna Palemar. Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) Vedavyas Kamath, Dr. Y. Bharath Shetty, Rajesh Naik, Umanatha Kotian, Harish Poonja, and Bhagirathi Murulya were present. Members of the Legislative Council (MLCs) Kishore Kumar Puttur and Pratap Simha Nayak, alongside former minister S. Angara, and former MLCs Balakrishna Bhat and Monappa Bhandari, also shared the stage.

Earlier in the day, Dr. Radha Mohan Das Agrawal attended a breakfast meeting hosted at the residence of Mangaluru City South MLA Vedavyas Kamath, where he held discussions with the BJP legislators of the Dakshina Kannada district.
