Brahmavara : Sudeep Bhandary, son of the late former Karkala MLA Gopal Bhandary, tragically died by suicide on Monday near Barkur. He was a resident of Hebri taluk.

Reports indicate that Sudeep took his own life by stepping in front of a moving train. While authorities are still investigating the precise motive, initial information suggests that financial difficulties may have been a contributing factor to this extreme step.

The Brahmavar police station has registered a case, and investigations into the incident are currently underway.
