Mangaluru : Ms. Nirmala Kumari, a dedicated Research Scholar affiliated with Srinivas University’s City Campus in Mangaluru, has been awarded the prestigious Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree.
Her comprehensive doctoral thesis was titled “Evaluation of Customer Satisfaction with Reference to Pharmacy Services in Tertiary Care Hospitals in Karnataka.” The study successfully examined customer satisfaction levels concerning pharmacy services within tertiary care settings across the state.
The research was conducted under the expert guidance of Dr. (Lt Cdr) P. K. Suresh Kumar, who serves as a Research Professor at the Institute of Management and Commerce, Srinivas University, Mangaluru.
Currently, Dr. Nirmala Kumari holds a prominent professional role as a Professor and Head of the Department of Hospital Administration at the Father Muller College of Allied Health Sciences, located in Kankanady, Mangaluru.
Dr. Nirmala Kumari is the cherished daughter of Stanly Prem Kumar and Krupa Shantha Mark from Mangalore. She is also the mother of Dr. Aldina Anjali, who resides in Mangalore.
