Tributes poured in from across the globe, with many recalling her as a cultural phenomenon whose versatile voice defined nearly eight decades of Indian music. Business tycoons shared personal anecdotes and public messages on social media, emphasizing that her departure marks the end of an unparalleled era in the nation’s artistic history.
Raymond Chairman Gautam Singhania and Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani led the corporate tributes, describing Bhosle as an “irreplaceable icon.” Singhania noted that her melodies transcended linguistic barriers and provided timeless soundtracks for multiple generations.
