Belthangady : The State Government has officially announced the formation of a new Police Sub-Division for Belthangady. Following this announcement, the government has issued an order appointing C.K. Rohini as the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) for this newly created sub-division.
The order, issued on November 4th, confirms the appointment of C.K. Rohini, who was previously serving as the DySP of CEN Crime Police Station in Bengaluru’s Whitefield division. She is a direct recruit DySP from the 2022 batch.
The establishment of this sub-division is a significant step towards enhancing law and order management in the region. The new Belthangady Police Sub-Division will encompass five police stations that fall under the Belthangady Taluk jurisdiction.
This move is expected to streamline police administration, improve supervision of law enforcement activities, and ensure a more efficient response to crime within the Belthangady area.
